Our minimum first order quantity is 50 units (you can mix styles, colours and sizes) all with the same design/logo.

Typical lead-time is 7 working days from order confirmation. If you have an event on a specific date we'll tell you if we're able to meet your deadline.

This depends on number of items purchased/ordered.

Complaints will be resolved within 5 working days and if the work is complicated then time duration may be increased.
